Regardless of the method of data transfer – parsing, manual entry, email, or application form – all applicants are displayed equally in the applicant management system. This includes their current process stage, responsibilities, overall and individual evaluations, as well as individually defined (master) data fields.

Communication

The BITE Bewerbermanager does not use shared mailboxes but instead provides a dedicated mailbox for each individual applicant. This ensures that all email correspondence is always transparent for everyone involved in your company. Integrated functions for bulk letters and emails, including ready-to-use templates, further reduce response times.

Interaction

The comprehensive and fully flexible rights and roles management allows you to assign dedicated read and/or write permissions to individuals or groups. This way, you can grant access to interested parties such as the works council or even external recipients. Candidate evaluations can be requested quickly and easily via email or SMS, and reviewers can enter their assessments directly into the applicant management system through a link.

WhatsApp application

BITE GmbH also offers the option to integrate a WhatsApp feature into the BITE Bewerbermanager. Based on our NIIID/chatbot technology, this feature allows applications to be submitted directly via WhatsApp, which are then automatically stored in the BITE Bewerbermanager, including any application files that may have been submitted.

Certificate analysis

The BITE Bewerbermanager includes a feature that enables fully automated analysis of all applicant references. By using the reference analysis tool, users can evaluate a large number of employment references with minimal time and effort.
